Shift Schedule:

1st shift Monday-Friday 8 am - 5 pm with 1 hour lunch

Job Duties:

Sourcing:

Finding candidates through job boards, databases, social media, and other sources

Screening:

Reviewing resumes and job applications, and analyzing candidate responses

Interviewing:

Conducting interviews with candidates and serving as a link between the candidate and the company

Evaluating:

Discussing candidate qualifications with managers and comparing them to job requirements

Onboarding:

Helping new hires integrate into the company Picking up phone calls Helping associates source for a position. Help associates make the application if needed. Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, etc Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions Requirements and skills Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress,, etc) Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc) If interested give me a text at 469-239-0177 with your full name and interested in the position.
