Overview Join our dynamic team as a Recruiter and play a pivotal role in attracting top talent across various disciplines. This energetic position offers the opportunity to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, develop strategic talent acquisition initiatives, and build lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike. As a key driver of our talent management strategy, you will utilize cutting-edge platforms and tools to identify, engage, and secure the best candidates for our organization's growth and success. Your expertise in clinical staff recruitment, HR sourcing, and employment law will ensure a seamless hiring process that aligns with organizational goals. Duties Manage end-to-end recruitment processes using platforms such as Workday, iCIMS, Taleo, and Lever to source, screen, interview, and hire candidates efficiently. Develop innovative sourcing strategies through social media management, candidate relationship management (CRM) systems, and external recruiting channels to attract diverse talent pools. Conduct thorough candidate screening and interviewing to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit while maintaining compliance with employment & labor law standards. Collaborate closely with C-suite executives and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, provide market trends analysis, and develop tailored recruitment plans. Negotiate offers and employment contracts while managing candidate expectations through effective communication skills and relationship management. Lead recruitment projects such as campus recruitment initiatives, succession planning programs, and employee orientation sessions to support workforce development. Maintain accurate records within ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like PeopleSoft, HRIS systems such as UltiPro or Kronos, ensuring data integrity for reporting and compliance purposes. Requirements Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting with expertise in talent acquisition platforms including Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, or Lever. Strong knowledge of human resources management practices including employment law, employee relations, contracts, and HRIS systems like SAP or Kronos. Demonstrated ability to source candidates through research techniques such as cold calling, social media outreach, and external recruiting networks. Excellent interviewing skills combined with negotiation abilities to close top candidates effectively. Familiarity with clinical staff recruitment processes and healthcare industry standards is highly desirable. Ability to analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies and stay ahead of industry shifts. Exceptional communication skills for client interaction, candidate engagement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams including HR and executive leadership.
