Job Title:

Recruiter Position Summary Superior Staffing, LLC is seeking a dependable and motivated Recruiter to support our staffing and recruitment operations. The Recruiter will assist job seekers throughout the application and placement process, coordinate with job site leaders, and help ensure staffing needs and expectations are met. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Welcome and assist job applicants in a professional and friendly manner.

Provide employment applications and assist candidates with the application process as needed.

Conduct interviews with job candidates to assess their experience, qualifications, and suitability for available positions.

Match and place candidates in appropriate positions based on their skills, experience, and available job openings.

Maintain regular communication with job site leaders regarding staffing needs, employee performance, and other employment-related matters.

Coordinate with job site leaders to help meet staffing needs and expectations.

Visit assigned job sites to conduct follow-ups and safety walkthroughs.

Assist with employee and client concerns and provide appropriate follow-up.

Perform general office and administrative duties as assigned.

Maintain accurate and organized candidate and staffing records.

Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum of one year of office-related experience preferred.

Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Must be computer literate and comfortable using computers and standard office applications.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Professional, dependable, and organized.

Must have reliable transportation for travel to job sites.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employment information professionally.

Compensation
