Recruiting:

Work with fellow recruiters to source open positions, as instructed by the branch manager. Post job ads and perform sourcing efforts through the use of traditional job boards and other social media outlets. Schedule candidates to apply or complete application process and interview at office. Participate in weekly after hours on-call rotation and branch openings. Conduct service call visits to clients assigned by Branch Manager. Conduct arrival and quality check-ins at job sites when requested by Branch Manager. Receive and respond to all incoming injuries/incident phone calls, emails or texts. Initiate and/or assist to complete W/C files when needed.
