PM Pay:

$23.00

•25.00 per hour (Based on Experience)+ Commission We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Recruiter to join our team! If you have a background in staffing, excellent customer service skills, and experience assisting with payroll, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Recruit, screen, interview, and hire qualified candidates Source candidates using Indeed, social media, referrals, and other recruiting platforms Coordinate interviews and onboarding for new hires Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and employees Provide exceptional customer service to applicants and clients Assist with weekly payroll, timecards, and attendance tracking Maintain accurate employee records and recruiting documentation Support daily office operations and administrative duties

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of recruiting or staffing experience Customer service experience required Payroll or timekeeping experience preferred Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Bilingual (English/Spanish)
