Full Job Description Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Recruitment:
Develop and implement high-impact recruitment strategies that attract top-tier talent and align with organizational goals.
Interview & Selection:
Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural alignment with company values.
Job Postings & Employer Branding:
Craft compelling job descriptions and maintain consistency in messaging to effectively promote the company's employer brand.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
Partner with department leaders to understand talent needs, anticipate hiring trends, and refine the recruitment strategy accordingly.
Pipeline Management & Talent Pooling:
Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings, fostering strong relationships with potential hires.
Offer Management & Negotiation:
Facilitate the offer process, ensuring timely communication, negotiation, and alignment with internal compensation structures.
Onboarding Coordination:
Lead the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are equipped with essential resources, guidance, and a smooth transition into their roles.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the HR systems, providing insights and reports to drive continuous improvement.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to enhance the recruitment process, streamline workflows, and elevate the candidate experience. The responsibilities outlined above are not limited to these tasks but also include participating in new projects and initiatives as required by the company to support evolving business needs.
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum Experience:
3 years of previous Recruiting/Talent Acquisition responsibilities Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end recruitment processes. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, adept at handling multiple requisitions concurrently. Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite Strategic mindset with a passion for identifying top talent and aligning hiring practices with business objectives. Bilingual (Spanish):
Strongly Preferred Physical Requirements:
Ability to work in an office environment with standard physical demands, including sitting, typing, and occasional light lifting.
