Serve as a partner to Recruiters and Hiring managers, executing all coordination efforts Schedule phone, video, and/or onsite interviews for selected candidates Arrange travel logistics and interview agendas Draft and send offer letters and new hire documents Regularly update candidate records and hiring information in the company's HRIS system Coordinate Interview expense reports Coordinate employee referrals Provide follow-up new hire correspondence to candidates via phone and email Execute background checks and ensure they are completed timely and accurately; collecting supporting documentation if necessary Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency Pull and create reports to provide to the Recruiting Manager regularly Assist in various process improvement projects across the department and build relationships with multiple HR counterparts, e.g., HR Business Partners, Learning and Development, etc.
Experience Required:
HS Diploma required, Bachelor preferred with at least 4 - 5 years' experience in a recruiting support environment Previous experience scheduling a high volume of interviews/meetings within a fast-paced corporate environment. Strong computer skills, including MS Excel and MS Outlook. Experience with applicant tracking systems a plus (WorkDay)

Pay:
$45.00 - $49.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
