This opportunity is designed for someone who already has recruiting experience , enjoys connecting with people, and is motivated by performance and results. If you're experienced in recruiting but looking for a team where you can sharpen your skills, expand your network, and receive structured training and support, this may be a strong opportunity to explore. What You'll Be Doing Source and identify qualified candidates Conduct candidate outreach and initial interviews Build and manage an active candidate pipeline Coordinate interviews and follow-ups Develop professional relationships with candidates Learn and implement our recruiting systems and processes Work toward recruiting and placement goals What We're Looking For Previous recruiting experience is required Strong communication and people skills Professional, organized, and dependable Self-motivated and results-driven Comfortable conducting interviews and candidate outreach Open to additional training and development Must be located in the Dallas Metro Area Compensation — Please Read This is a 100% commission-based position.
