Job Description

Job Overview CZT Energy USA, a leader in manufacturing cutting-edge tracking systems for solar panels, is seeking an experienced and proactive Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for a variety of positions within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for the manufacturing or construction industries and experience managing candidate databases or talent pool systems. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with department managers to identify current and future hiring needs.
Manage the full recruitment cycle:
posting jobs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating offers. Utilize various channels including job boards, internal referrals, social media, and direct sourcing to attract qualified candidates. Maintain and manage a structured talent pool for key manufacturing roles (e.g., welders, technicians, engineers). Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract both active and passive candidates. Track recruitment KPIs and provide regular updates to HR leadership. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Stay current on industry trends, local labor market conditions, and best practices in recruiting Qualifications 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the manufacturing or construction industry. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and talent pool management tools. Strong understanding of industrial workforce roles and related job requirements. Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Bilingual (e.g., English/Spanish) is a plus. Must successfully pass a background check and drug test as a condition of employment. Preferred Qualifications Experience using systems like ADP, Zoho Recruit, Breezy, or Manatal. Knowledge of local labor laws and hiring compliance requirements. Ability to build and manage recruitment dashboards or reporting tools.
