Role:
Are you passionate about recruiting top talent and making an impact? Our client is seeking a Recruiter with strong full-cycle recruiting experience to join our fast-paced HR team. You'll play a key role in attracting, hiring, and onboarding the best field and corporate talent to support our company's long-term goals.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle recruiting: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job needs and deliver top candidates. Manage requisitions and ensure compliance with all hiring processes. Experience recruiting for both field and corporate roles required. Actively participate in career events. Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS (Paycom experience a plus).
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 5-7 years of oil & gas experience. Strong communication and organizational skills. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Paycom experience preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates encouraged to apply. Must pass a background check and have a valid driver's license.
