Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this vital role, you will drive the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top-tier candidates across various disciplines, including clinical staff, HR professionals, and executive leadership. Your expertise in utilizing talent management platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, iCIMS, Taleo, and Lever will be essential to streamline hiring workflows. As a key partner to hiring managers and C-suite executives, you will foster strong relationships, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Your strategic insights into market trends and employment law will empower our organization to attract and retain exceptional talent while maintaining compliance with labor regulations. Duties Lead full cycle recruiting efforts for diverse roles by managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding using platforms like Talent acquisition platforms, HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft, UltiPro, Kronos, and Salesforce. Develop innovative sourcing strategies through social media management, campus recruitment initiatives, cold calling campaigns, and external recruiting channels to identify high-caliber candidates. Conduct thorough candidate sourcing and research to build robust talent pipelines aligned with organizational needs and market trends analysis. Perform comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, cultural fit, and potential contributions while maintaining a focus on clinical staff recruitment when applicable. Negotiate employment contracts and offers with candidates while collaborating closely with hiring managers to ensure alignment on position requirements and compensation packages. Manage candidate relationship management (CRM) systems to nurture ongoing engagement with prospective talent pools. Partner with HR teams on employee orientation, employee relations, employee evaluation processes, and succession planning initiatives to support workforce development. Maintain compliance with employment & labor law by staying updated on relevant legislation such as employment law in talent management and HR sourcing best practices. Collaborate effectively with C-suite executives and hiring managers to understand strategic staffing needs and develop tailored recruiting solutions. Experience Proven experience in full cycle recruiting within healthcare or clinical environments is highly desirable. Demonstrated expertise in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS, BrassRing, Kenexa, or PeopleSoft for managing recruitment workflows efficiently. Strong knowledge of talent acquisition platforms including Workday, Taleo, UltiPro, Salesforce, Lever, and HRIS systems like Kronos or Paychex. Experience conducting interviews across various levels of seniority—especially executive recruiting—and managing teams of recruiters is preferred. Familiarity with social media management tools for sourcing candidates effectively across multiple channels. Knowledge of employment & labor law in different jurisdictions ensures compliant recruiting practices. Excellent communication skills combined with negotiation abilities to close offers successfully while maintaining positive client relationships. Ability to analyze market trends for strategic talent acquisition planning and stay ahead of industry shifts.
