Adecco is assisting a major client in their search for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in The Woodlands, TX. This is a contract opportunity, offering weekly pay and a chance to expand your experience. •5:00pm) Weekly Paycheck Responsibilities include but are not limited to : Manage the recruiting process for assigned areas and regions, ensuring a seamless and inclusive experience managing regional recruiting processes. Maintain and update recruiting activity reports to support transparency and informed decision making maintaining recruiting activity reports. Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to guarantee smooth and timely recruitment operations building stakeholder relationships. Ensure the utilization of approved vendors and recruitment tools to uphold consistency, compliance, and quality utilizing approved recruitment vendors. Act as a liaison with third party agencies, vendors, and partners delivering recruitment related services liaising with external recruitment partners. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for commonly needed positions to support ongoing workforce readiness building candidate pipelines. Implement Strategic Staffing initiatives and projects that ensure a continuous pipeline of skilled talent implementing strategic staffing initiatives. Review internal compensation data and collaborate with regional Human Resources partners to create competitive and equitable offers reviewing compensation data. Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience that supports your professional foundation 5 years of high-volume recruiting experience Strong skills in MS Word and Excel The ability to brainstorm and execute creative recruiting strategies for challenging locations Experienced in candidate sourcing and data mining through ATS, job boards, and career fairs Strong multi-tasking, prioritizing, and consultative abilities. Experience with Taleo or Cornerstone preferred

Pay Details:
