Start now. Keep it fun, fast, and focused About the Role We are seeking a Staffing Specialist to support and drive our recruiting and hiring efforts. This role is critical in helping us identify, attract, and select candidates who align with both the qualifications of the role and the core values of our firm. This is an in-office position ideal for someone who is organized, people-oriented, and passionate about building strong teams. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and support all stages of the hiring process Draft, post, and manage job advertisements across platforms Review resumes and screen candidates for qualifications and cultural alignment Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews Administer candidate assessments and evaluations Maintain and update candidate databases and recruiting records Support additional recruiting and HR-related initiatives as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred Minimum of 1 year of recruiting or HR experience Must have Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS system Strong understanding of the hiring and selection process Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team Ability to evaluate candidates for both skillset and cultural fit What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Takes ownership and follows through Communicates clearly and professionally Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Aligns with our firm's core values and mission Benefits Gold-level medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) retirement plan 10 days paid vacation 7 paid holidays 3 paid sick days If you're looking to grow your career in recruiting while making a meaningful impact within a mission-driven law firm, we encourage you to apply.Job Type:
