Opportunity Information Management Group (IMG) is seeking a highly motivated Technical Recruiter to join our team in Fairfax, Va . This on-site position requires a professional who brings strong technical expertise, exceptional attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving. The Technical Recruiter is a seasoned specialist who leads the full lifecycle of recruiting actions to attract top talent, build candidate pipelines, serve as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition best practices and assist with onboarding activities. They will facilitate the hiring of qualified candidates to meet customer timelines and mission needs.
Key Recruiter Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to forecast needs and fill positions efficiently Meet the corporate vacancy hiring goal for 14-day time-to-fill Provide full recruitment lifecycle, including; requisitions creation, sourcing, screening, interviewing, setting salary expectations, offer letter creation and onboarding Building talent pipelines through research, referrals, and professional networking Attend and assist with job fairs and recruiting events Maintain knowledge of industry trends and compliance requirements Exercise independent judgement in assessing both technical and non-technical competencies and informed hiring recommendations to management Qualifications Hybrid - 3 days in the office Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field Minimum of four years recruiting experience with recent experience recruiting Tier III/Subject Matter Expertise roles within the IT field, to include positions within DoE, DoD and IC organizations Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook Desired Skills :
