What You May Do Recruiting & Workforce Planning Recruit, source, interview, and onboard qualified candidates for manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, and light industrial positions. Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future staffing needs. Partner with hiring managers and client leadership to understand workforce demands and staffing priorities. Match candidates with opportunities that align with their skills, experience, and career goals. Employee Support & Engagement Serve as a primary point of contact for employees throughout their assignment. Conduct new hire orientations, training sessions, and workplace introductions. Monitor attendance, employee engagement, and workforce trends. Help address workplace concerns, provide coaching, and support employee success. Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment. Client Partnership & Workforce Solutions Build strong relationships with supervisors, managers, and operations leaders. Provide staffing updates, workforce reporting, and recommendations. Anticipate staffing needs based on production schedules and business demands. Serve as a trusted workforce solutions partner for client locations. Safety & Compliance Promote a strong culture of workplace safety. Conduct safety training and support PPE distribution. Monitor compliance with company policies and safety standards. Participate in safety audits, investigations, and employee safety initiatives. Administrative & HR Support Maintain employee records and onboarding documentation. Coordinate attendance tracking, timekeeping, and payroll-related information. Track staffing metrics, performance indicators, and workforce data. Support compliance, training records, and other HR-related programs. Assist with workforce planning and operational reporting. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Avionté, Bullhorn, TempWorks, or similar platforms. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus for many opportunities. Education & Experience Associate degree and relevant recruiting, staffing, HR, operations, manufacturing, or workforce management experience; or High School Diploma/GED with related professional experience; or An equivalent combination of education and experience.
