As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will support on-site recruitment operations for MAU's Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) client, Altria, by coordinating candidate interviews, managing job postings, facilitating onboarding, and maintaining recruiting reports while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. Benefits Package Competitive Compensation Package Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits Paid Holidays (11) Paid Vacation Great work environment Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Care Partners Program Health Club Reimbursement Program Additional supplemental benefit programs 401k Salary Continuation Educational Reimbursement FMLA available after 12 months of service Shift Information Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Additional hours as needed Career Path Regional Manager Director Other Corporate Support Functions Required Education and Experience Associate's degree 2+ years of experience in an administrative role Strong computer proficiency and Microsoft Office skills Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor's degree 2+ years of experience in a recruiting support position General Requirements Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent customer service orientation with a customer-centric approach Excellent verbal and written communication skills Assertive, outgoing personality with a strong desire to succeed Ability to collaborate effectively with HR, operations, management, and customer leadership Strong time management, problem-solving, and analytical skills Flexibility and initiative in managing multiple recruitment priorities Commitment to ethical conduct, personal effectiveness, and professional credibility Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Thoroughness and accuracy in completing recruitment and administrative tasks Ability to maintain an on-site presence and support daily recruitment operations Essential Functions Establish and maintain strong partnerships with customer HR, operations, and business leaders while providing secondary support to the Talent Acquisition Leader for positions within scope Post, update, and maintain job requisitions in SAP SuccessFactors and external job boards, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and customer policies Coordinate and distribute interview materials and candidate information to hiring teams Schedule and manage candidate interviews to ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience Prepare and distribute employment offer documentation in accordance with customer and company policies Coordinate candidate disposition activities and maintain timely communication throughout the recruitment process Administer post-fill and post-hire feedback surveys to measure candidate and hiring manager satisfaction and identify continuous improvement opportunities Coordinate education, employment, and criminal background screenings through approved third-party vendors Schedule and coordinate pre-employment physicals, drug screenings, and other onboarding requirements with Occupational Health and customer stakeholders Communicate onboarding details, employment requirements, and first-day instructions to new hires to ensure a smooth transition into employment Participate in new hire onboarding activities, orientations, plant tours, and employee engagement initiatives Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly customer talent acquisition meetings as needed Assist with maintaining recruiting reports, operational metrics, and recruitment performance data Participate in weekly and monthly MAU operational, leadership, and talent acquisition meetings Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance recruitment processes and service delivery Perform other duties as assigned Work Environment and Physical Demands Work in a professional office environment with routine use of computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and other standard office equipment Maintain an on-site presence to support recruitment activities and daily service delivery commitments Occasionally work at customer sites in administrative and manufacturing environments Potential exposure to process manufacturing equipment and heavy industrial vehicles while visiting customer facilities Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 20 lbs Ability to stand or walk for up to 4 hours Ability to sit for up to 4 hours Travel Less than 15% MAU Workforce Solutions is an innovative global company with extensive experience providing solutions for success in staffing, recruiting, technology and outsourcing to our clients, employees, and applicants.
