Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Recruiter to join our organization's talent acquisition team. Leads hourly manufacturing recruitment, employee onboarding, training administration, and workforce development programs. Job Requirements Manufacturing recruiting and talent acquisition experience Experience recruiting hourly production, skilled-trade, or warehouse employees Experience screening, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding candidates Experience coordinating employee training and workforce development programs Knowledge of manufacturing operations, production environments, and staffing requirements Experience maintaining training records, certifications, and compliance documentation Proficiency with ADP Experience using applicant tracking systems Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel Duties Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies utilizing social media marketing (recruitment), HR sourcing techniques, and talent management software to identify high-quality candidates. Conduct comprehensive interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and coordinate with hiring managers to determine the best fit for each role. Manage the entire recruitment process from candidate sourcing through offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Lead campus recruitment initiatives and participate in career fairs to attract emerging talent.
