Job Description

A financial services organization is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join their team at one of their locations in Virginia or Florida, About the
Opportunity:
Schedule:
Monday through Friday (3 days per week onsite)
Setting:
Hybrid Locations:
Winchester or Vienna, Virginia or Pensacola, Florida.
Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruiting for entry-level and high-volume roles Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of recruiting methods Partner with hiring leaders and HR stakeholders to understand hiring needs and support recruitment solutions Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process Support offer coordination, candidate engagement, and recruitment process improvements as needed
Qualifications:
1+ year of entry-level experience in recruiting or staffing, including knowledge of applicable employment laws and recruiting practices Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience Experience with candidate screening and interview techniques Ability to use recruiting software, systems, and basic technology tools Knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and in a team environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity Strong relationship-building skills with sound judgment and adaptability
Desired Skills:
Experience supporting staffing and recruitment in entry-level or high-volume environments Familiarity with federal and state recruiting regulations, including Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and affirmative action practices Experience working with talent pipelines and recruitment events
