Internal recognition programs that support an engaged workplace 401(K) with company match As a Talent Acquisition Specialist 2, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles within the organization. This mid-level position requires a seasoned recruiter with a proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Provide guidance and consultation with hiring managers and peers. Source and attract high-quality candidates through diverse channels, including advanced search techniques and passive candidate engagement. Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and values fit. Provide guidance and recommendations to hiring managers throughout the selection process. Coordinate and facilitate all aspects of the interview process, including candidate travel and interview scheduling. Negotiate job offers and manage the offer process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment metrics. Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's market presence. Identify job fairs and other recruitment events to develop staffing plans for assigned areas of focus. Manage budget for recruitment initiatives Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. Professional certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus. Experience with advanced sourcing techniques and tools. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software Strong relationship-building and communication skills. High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
