The QTI Group is currently seeking a Bilingual Employment Specialist for the Madison area. This position plays a crucial role in supporting operations for our industrial staffing team. You will be responsible for sourcing qualified candidates, scheduling interviews, building client partnerships and coordinating the hiring process from start to finish. This position requires working ONSITE to provide service to our applicants and employees. Core schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Responsibilities Assist with the full-cycle recruiting process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews Utilize various tools to attract talent for open positions Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system Provide support to the recruiting team, such as preparing onboarding documentation, conducting orientations and coordinating drug testing Qualifications Bilingual Spanish/English skills required Must have strong customer service skills Prior recruiting, talent acquisition or human resource experience helpful Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, customers and internal partners Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities #indskilled
