- 2-5+ years of professional agency or corporate Talent Acquisition experience; corporate/in-house recruiting experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing the full recruiting lifecycle for entry-level through mid-level positions.
- Proven success recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of where to find qualified talent in competitive markets.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong ability to translate hiring-manager needs into effective recruiting and sourcing strategies.
- Strong technical aptitude and comfort working with recruiting technology and data.
- Experience with an enterprise ATS such as Workday Recruiting is a plus.
Preferred Qualification
- Full-cycle recruiting experience within healthcare, diagnostics, biotechnology, life sciences, manufacturing, or another adjacent industry.
- Experience recruiting across multiple functions such as clinical/scientific, manufacturing/operations, commercial, corporate, or technical/IT.
- Experience using recruiting data and market intelligence to influence hiring strategies.
- Experience supporting organizations with formal quality, regulatory, or compliance requirements.
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a high-performing Talent Acquisition team supporting a growing cancer diagnostics organization in Madison, WI. In this role, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from developing sourcing strategies and partnering with hiring leaders through interviewing, candidate selection, offer negotiation, and acceptance. You will support hiring across a diverse organization, including clinical laboratory, operations, manufacturing, scientific, commercial, corporate, and technical functions. Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for entry-level through mid-level positions, from intake through offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand workforce needs, define requirements, and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Build proactive candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, digital sourcing platforms, professional networks, referrals, community partnerships, and other sourcing channels.
- Identify and engage both active and passive candidates in competitive talent markets.
- Develop targeted job postings and compelling candidate messaging that communicates the organization's value proposition.
- Screen and assess candidates against role requirements, qualifications, and organizational needs.
- Coordinate and manage interview processes while providing a strong candidate experience.
- Advise hiring leaders throughout the recruiting process, including candidate availability, market conditions, compensation considerations, and selection decisions.
- Extend and negotiate offers while working within established compensation and company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the applicant tracking system.
- Monitor recruiting activity and metrics to identify opportunities for improving pipeline quality, time-to-fill, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Build diverse candidate pipelines and support recruiting events, community outreach, and other talent attraction initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external recruiting partners when specialized sourcing support is needed.
- Participate in recruiting projects and process improvements designed to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain compliance with applicable company policies, quality systems, environmental management systems, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate effectively across Talent Acquisition, HR, business leadership, and other internal teams.
