Job Description

The Judge Group is currently seeking an experienced Manufacturing Recruiter for a manufacturer in the Bristol, WI area. The right candidate will have 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience in a professional environment, with manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
COMPENSATION
70k to 80k plus full paid benefits
LIKE TO HAVE
Bachelor's Degree preferred, but qualified candidates without a degree are encouraged to apply
MUST HAVE
3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition in manufacturing
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from job intake through offer acceptance and pre-employment coordination
  • Manage the relationship with Judge Direct Placement for select positions
  • Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements, qualifications, compensation parameters, and recruiting priorities
  • Recruit for hourly and salaried positions across production, packaging, warehouse, maintenance, quality, technical, supply chain, and professional functions
  • Develop and maintain accurate job descriptions and post openings through appropriate recruiting channels
  • Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, professional networks, referrals, direct outreach, recruiting events, schools, and community partnerships
  • Review applications and resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, maintain candidate communication, and support the offer process
  • Build pipelines for frequently hired and difficult-to-fill manufacturing, skilled-trades, technical, and operations positions
  • Provide hiring managers with regular updates on candidate activity, sourcing progress, interview outcomes, and recruiting challenges
  • Maintain accurate candidate, interview, offer, and hiring information in the applicant tracking or recruiting system
  • Track recruiting activity, candidate sources, interviews, offers, acceptances, and open-position status
  • Assist with background checks, pre-employment requirements, onboarding coordination, and new-hire documentation as assigned
  • Represent the company professionally and provide a responsive, consistent candidate experience
  • Support compliant, well-documented hiring practices and protect confidential candidate and employee information
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience in a manufacturing, food production, consumer packaged goods, contract packaging, distribution, or related environment preferred
  • Experience recruiting hourly production, warehouse, quality, maintenance, skilled-trades, technical, or professional employees
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems, online job boards, resume databases, and professional networking platforms
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, organization, communication, negotiation, and candidate-closing skills
