This is a fast-paced role for someone who enjoys talking with people, building relationships, solving problems, and working toward goals as part of a team. Our Employment Specialists work directly with local businesses and job seekers. You'll help companies find the people they need, help candidates find the right opportunities, and work alongside the rest of our team to keep our clients and associates successful. This is not a sit-back-and-wait-for-the-phone-to-ring position . We're looking for someone who is comfortable picking up the phone, developing relationships, recruiting candidates, following up, and taking ownership of their work. What You'll Be Doing Building relationships with local businesses and existing clients Making outbound sales and business-development calls Recruiting, interviewing, and qualifying candidates Matching qualified candidates with open positions Managing job orders from opening through placement Following up with clients and associates after placement Helping resolve attendance, performance, and employment issues Maintaining accurate documentation and follow-up Working closely with the entire office to fill positions and meet client needs Looking for opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new business The Person We're Looking For You'll probably be a good fit if you: Enjoy sales and talking with new people Work well as part of a team and are willing to help when the office needs it Take ownership instead of waiting for someone to tell you what to do next Are competitive and motivated by goals Can handle several priorities without losing track of the details Communicate professionally and confidently Follow through on commitments Stay positive when things get busy Are comfortable having difficult conversations when necessary Like solving problems instead of passing them to someone else Want to continue learning and developing professionally Experience in sales, recruiting, staffing, HR, customer service, account management, or business development is helpful, but attitude, work ethic, communication, and the ability to work with the team matter just as much. Strong computer skills are important. Our team works with Outlook, Word, Excel, Google Sheets, recruiting platforms, CRM systems, texting technology, and other online tools throughout the day. Schedule & Compensation Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Compensation is based on experience and includes hourly pay plus commission and bonus opportunities .
