Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated On-Site Representative/Recruiter to oversee and support our team members across multiple manufacturing locations and support recruiting efforts. This role's main responsibilities involve managing personnel performance, ensuring compliance with client HR policies, and maintaining strong relationships with team members and managers. The ideal candidate will be proficient in HR systems, relationship management, and legal compliance, playing a vital role in fostering a productive and compliant work environment. Responsibilities Manage and supervise team members at multiple locations, including tracking performance and attendance. Ensure timely implementation of corrective actions when necessary to address performance or attendance issues. Monitor adherence to client HR policies by all team members, ensuring compliance across sites. Collaborate with managers to administer performance reviews and develop individualized development plans for team members. Utilize HRIS systems such as Workday to maintain accurate employee records, track metrics, and generate reports. Foster strong relationships with team members, providing support and guidance as needed. Coordinate onboarding, training, and ongoing development efforts for new and existing staff. Ensure all activities align with legal requirements related to HR practices and employment law. Assist with recruiting efforts when needed such as resume reviews and interviews. Qualifications Proven experience in HR roles, preferably with management responsibilities. Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Workday or similar platforms. Strong relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams. Knowledge of HR legal compliance standards and best practices. Ability to manage multiple locations simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills with the capability to track performance metrics accurately.
