Duties Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations to ensure timely placement of qualified candidates. Utilize HR talent management software such as Workday, to track applicant flow, manage candidate data, and streamline hiring workflows. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies using social media marketing (recruitment), cold calling, and lead generation techniques to attract high-quality candidates. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to understand staffing needs and promote employer branding initiatives. Conduct campus recruitment activities and participate in job fairs to attract emerging talent pools for entry-level roles. Ensure compliance with employment law in talent management practices and maintain adherence to HR legal standards across all recruitment activities. Manage high-volume recruitment projects efficiently while maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Requirements Proven experience in full cycle recruiting, including technical recruiting, executive recruiting, and high-volume recruitment environments. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills to effectively engage candidates and hiring managers. Ability to source candidates through various channels including social media management platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter. Experience with HR sourcing techniques such as research, cold calling, and candidate sourcing strategies. Demonstrated ability to manage relationships effectively across teams and external partners while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
