This position will focus heavily on recruiting revenue-generating and business development professionals, including Mortgage Loan Officers (MLOs), Account Executives (AEs), Business Developers, and other mortgage industry professionals. The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter who can identify and attract qualified candidates through direct sourcing, networking, industry contacts, and recruiting platforms—not simply manage incoming applications or administrative HR tasks. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage the company's recruiting strategy and hiring process. Recruit Mortgage Loan Officers (MLOs), Account Executives, Business Developers, sales professionals, and other mortgage industry personnel. Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, industry networks, referrals, social media, and direct outreach. Identify and approach experienced mortgage professionals who may not be actively seeking new employment. Post and manage job listings across recruiting platforms. Review resumes, screen applicants, and conduct initial candidate interviews. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and company leadership. Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the recruiting process. Manage candidate pipelines and track recruiting activity and hiring progress. Coordinate offer letters, onboarding, employment documentation, and new-hire processes. Support general HR administration, employee records, policies, and internal HR processes. Develop recruiting channels and referral networks within the mortgage and financial services industries. Help improve recruiting processes, employer branding, and candidate experience. Prepare recruiting and hiring reports for management. Perform other recruiting and HR duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience required. Experience recruiting sales, mortgage, lending, financial services, or real estate professionals is strongly preferred. Mortgage or lending industry recruiting experience is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to proactively source and recruit candidates. Experience using Indeed, LinkedIn, recruiting platforms, applicant tracking systems, or similar tools. Strong communication, interviewing, organization, and follow-up skills. Ability to manage multiple open positions and candidate pipelines simultaneously. Strong relationship-building and networking skills. Self-motivated and comfortable conducting direct candidate outreach. Familiarity with Mortgage Loan Officer licensing and mortgage industry roles is a plus. Existing recruiting network within the mortgage or financial services industry is a plus. Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required. Compensation $25.00-$30.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
