This is an on-site 12-month contract. Candidates should be within commuting distance and available to work on-site occasionally at one of the following office locations: Los Gatos, Los Angeles, or New York, and must be authorized to work in the U.S. Candidates must not hold H-1B visa status.
Hourly rate:
$80/hour. Benefits are available through Talent Table. No C2C. Key Deliverables / What You Will Do Act as a trusted partner to Recruiting leadership and cross-functional teams. Represent the recruiting function in projects, drive process optimization, influence decision-making, and provide SME-level guidance on recruiting operations, tools, and workflows. Design, manage, and optimize end-to-end recruitment workflows, leveraging process improvement methodologies to ensure efficiency, scalability, and alignment with organizational priorities. Drive continuous improvement of our recruiting technology stack by identifying gaps, evaluating processes, and creating impact through partnerships across Talent. Lead process improvement initiatives focused on scalability, automation, and simplification. Leverage insights to design streamlined workflows that reduce manual effort and improve quality and consistency across global teams. Serve as a liaison between TA, Product, and Engineering teams, employing project management frameworks to drive effective communication, prioritize tasks, and deliver complex cross-functional initiatives on schedule. Leverage recruiting and operational data to identify trends, monitor performance, and develop actionable insights. Drive accountability around metric adoption, reporting integrity, and operational KPIs. Support the planning and execution of recruiting programs and technology implementations. Track milestones, ensure cross-functional alignment, and surface risks and dependencies early. Oversee the development and governance of process documentation, training materials, and self-service knowledge resources. Ensure accessibility, accuracy, and usability across teams. Partner closely with the TA Programs team to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable design requirements that drive TA initiatives. Partner with Talent Data & Analytics, Security, and Legal to understand the implications of process or tooling decisions, including governance, compliance, and risk assessments. Oversee the testing and troubleshooting of new tools, systems, and processes to ensure successful implementation and adoption. Provide support and guidance throughout the implementation and training process. Drive cross-functional initiatives across Talent Acquisition, Talent, Finance, and business leadership, aligning stakeholders and clearing blockers before they escalate. Actively participate in post-mortems to assess project outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and drive enhancements in project management processes and methodologies across global TA. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Recruiting or HR Operations, with proven experience designing global workflows with a focus on cross-functional excellence. Experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams to inform strategic decision-making, backlog prioritization, and solution development; familiar with Agile and Design Thinking methodologies. Strong business acumen with the ability to solve complex challenges, utilizing critical thinking and analysis. Experience supporting technology or process implementations and managing complex stakeholder groups. Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data, identify trends, develop recommendations, and create detailed action plans. Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal oversight. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive), Slack, and Asana. Experience with Workday HCM and ATS systems is required. Eightfold experience is strongly preferred. Understanding of recruiting processes, systems, and lifecycle workflows; ability to operate as a subject matter expert (SME) strongly preferred.
