Polsinelli has a position available for an experienced full-time Legal Administrative Assistant in the Los Angeles office, supporting the Capital Markets/Commercial Lending, Health Care, Real Estate/Finance, and Tax practice groups.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage files, open new matters as requested by attorneys, and maintain all relevant document inclusions for the files. Responsible for a broad variety of administrative tasks including strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with meticulous attention to detail.
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of legal administrative assistant experience in a law firm, with emphasis on transactional. Experience in capital markets/commercial lending, healthcare, real estate/finance, and/or tax is preferred. Experience with e-filing. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including expertise in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to work independently and in a team setting. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Expert-level written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated active approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability. Demonstrated ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Forward-looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally to develop rapport with coworkers as well as clients. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information. Strong proofreading and typing skills. The budgeted salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000.
