Execute duties of On-Site Supervisor as well as On-Site Staffing Coordinator. Prepare branch recruiting plan to stimulate development of pools of all hired candidates. Willing to coordinate client care and supervise assigned staff in an office setting. This position provides constant supervision of employees, assessments with clients, and ongoing communication with referral sources. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following; other additional duties may be assigned as needed. Must monitor and maintain assigned client and employee schedules, effectively communicating scheduling and changes with client, employee, referral source and Branch Manager as instructed Must maintain assigned client and employee files and all related paperwork Must know and conduct all work in order to comply with contract requirements and company policies and procedures Responsibilities include interviewing, screening and testing potential associates for job placements at client sites. Participate in recruitment efforts such as Job fairs, posting openings in Cal-Jobs, and other resources. Verify Employment history with previous companies. Conduct orientation on company policies, and introduction on company procedures. Fill orders upon clients request with the best possible candidate to fulfill at 100% match based on job requirements. Maintain accurate computer data information for clients and associates. Assist in maintaining files and employee documentation to date. Become familiar with time and attendance tracking system and completion of injury reports which may require you assistance a moments notice. Administer several screening resource as required per client such as background verifications, E-Verify program, coordinate drug and alcohol screenings to designated clinic. Payroll calculating, editing, entering employee's time in data and submit for check processing and distribution. Answer high volume of calls during the day. Cell phone voice mails needs to be in a professional manner or in a customer/client oriented setting.Experience:
Previous supervising or staffing experience, Must have basic math, calculation and previous payroll experienceSkills:
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills a must Bilingual abilities a plus Frequent twisting, turning, and bending Ability to lift up to 30 pounds Ability to stand for long periods of time while working Ability to work with diverse group of employees Must be self-motivated, results and action oriented Ability to make independent and sound decisions Must possess sound interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment Must be able to work all shifts Demonstrated proficiency using MS Office products, especially Outlook Excellent problem solving and conflict management skills Ability to implement change to support customer/company vision or direction Principle-centered leadership; high level of integrity and ethics Communicate effectively with branch manager, sales executives and corporate management immediately regarding any client issues and concerns. Physical Demands:
Require to drive vehicle and travel to and from branches, corporate and not limited to deliver checks, pick up time cards at client locations, and visit client customers. Work Environment:
Professional attire, business casual, Ability to work at multiple locations, customers, and from time to time at different branch offices. Ensure to use time and attendance system on a daily basis to track individual hours work and have approval from branch manager.
