Director of Talent Acquisition Build the teams that power unforgettable outdoor recreation and hospitality experiences. We're a fast-growing hospitality company seeking a hands-on Director of Talent Acquisition to lead recruiting across our expanding portfolio of locations. This is a working director role —you will personally recruit key leadership and hard-to-fill positions while leading the talent acquisition function and developing a high-performing recruiting team. Success in this role requires expertise in high-volume, hourly, and seasonal hiring , along with the ability to build scalable recruiting strategies that support rapid growth, peak-season staffing, and exceptional guest experiences. This is an in-office leadership position that partners closely with operational leaders to forecast workforce needs, execute seasonal hiring plans, and ensure our locations are staffed for success. What You'll Do Personally recruit leadership, hard-to-fill, and business-critical roles. Lead high-volume hiring for hourly, seasonal, and operational positions across multiple locations. Develop talent pipelines, seasonal hiring strategies, and workforce plans that support growth. Develop, implement, and maintain standardized recruiting policies, workflows, and tools designed for high-volume and seasonal hiring. Track and manage all open requisitions across multiple locations; maintain real-time visibility into vacancy status and seasonal hiring progress. Monitor and analyze recruiting metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-start, source-of-hire, applicant conversion rates, and seasonal fill rates. Lead, coach, and develop an internal recruiting team while maintaining an active requisition load. Partner with operations leaders to align hiring with business needs and seasonal demand. What We're Looking For 7-10 years of talent acquisition experience, including significant high-volume and seasonal recruiting. Proven success as a recruiting leader who actively fills roles while managing a team. Experience supporting hospitality, recreation, retail, food service, travel, or other operationally intensive businesses. Strong background recruiting hourly, frontline, management, and leadership talent across multiple locations. Data-driven, highly organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
