Staffing Manager / Recruiter LGC Hospitality Staffing Full-Time | Onsite | Bilingual (English/Spanish Required) | Hospitality Staffing Do you thrive on hitting goals, moving fast, and owning results? LGC Hospitality Staffing is hiring a Staffing Manager / Recruiter to drive high-volume recruiting , fill job orders daily, and ensure every placement is fully compliant. This is a high-accountability role where performance is measured—not managed. This is not a sit-back role. You will be on the phone, interviewing candidates, and filling orders in real time. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required . You will work directly with Spanish-speaking candidates and workforce partners on a daily basis. Role Overview This position owns the full staffing execution cycle —from sourcing and interviewing candidates to filling job orders and maintaining audit-ready compliance documentation. You are the engine behind getting the right people to the right job, fast. Recruiting & Pipeline Ownership Source candidates through multiple recruiting channels and community outreach Conduct structured interviews and thoroughly qualify candidates Match candidate skills, availability, and compliance status to open job orders Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of work-ready candidates Order Fulfillment & Staffing Execution Fill open job orders quickly with qualified, compliant candidates Maintain real-time awareness of open orders and staffing priorities Execute overstaffing strategies to ensure full client coverage Confirm placements and communicate staffing progress to all stakeholders Compliance & Onboarding Complete onboarding in applicant tracking systems including Avioné Process background checks, E-Verify, and I-9 documentation Ensure all employees meet client and contract compliance requirements Maintain audit-ready employee files and documentation at all times Attach employees to Supplier Management Platforms and work orders as required Administrative & Payroll Support Assist with payroll issue resolution Maintain accurate candidate and employee records in the CRM (Avioné) Support audits, unemployment documentation, and compliance reporting How You're Measured Fill rate Show-up rate (target: 90%+) Compliance accuracy (target: 100%) Speed to fill Daily recruiting activity: calls, interviews, and pipeline growth Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) 1+ year of recruiting, staffing, or high-volume customer-facing experience preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Comfortable working in a deadline-driven, high-volume environment Basic knowledge of onboarding, HR compliance, or I-9/E-Verify processes is a plus What It Takes High accountability and ownership mindset Ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail—compliance is non-negotiable Confident communicator on the phone and in person, in both English and Spanish Process-driven and results-focused Work Environment Onsite, full-time role in a high-volume staffing office Daily phone, text, and in-person candidate interaction Fast-paced team environment with clear, measurable expectations Why LGC Hospitality Staffing Performance-driven, accountability-focused culture Clear expectations with measurable, visible results Growth opportunities within a national hospitality staffing company If you want a role where your output directly drives results—and you're bilingual in English and Spanish—apply now.
