Job description We're hiring a Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition strategy and optimize high-volume recruitment pipelines for event staffing roles across multiple markets. This role creates impact by ensuring rapid and reliable staffing solutions in a remote setting with occasional on-site event coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead high-volume recruitment for event staff positions across all Fierce Staffing markets, ensuring timely and reliable staffing solutions.
• Manage job postings across multiple platforms (job boards, social media, JazzHR) to attract diverse and qualified candidates efficiently.
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates using AI tools and ATS (JazzHR) to streamline the recruitment process and improve candidate quality.
• Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, fill rate, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality to drive data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with the Director of Operations to align staffing needs with recruitment pipeline, ensuring seamless integration of talent acquisition and operational demands.
• Build and maintain talent pools for on-demand event staffing, reducing no-shows and improving workforce reliability. Job benefits

• 5,400 during the contract period, with potential W2 conversion to a $55,000

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume or staffing industries, with a focus on sourcing, screening, and managing large candidate pipelines.
• 2+ years of experience in a staffing agency or temp staffing firm, including managing high-volume pipelines of 100+ candidates per week and familiarity with multi-market staffing operations.
• Proficiency in ATS systems (e.g., JazzHR) and recruitment technologies, with strong organizational and communication skills to introduce industry best practices and improve recruitment efficiency.
