Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager on behalf of one of our clients to lead high-volume field hiring efforts across multiple business areas in Raleigh, North Carolina. This position is ideal for a proactive talent leader who enjoys improving recruitment strategies, coaching teams, and solving hiring challenges in a fast-moving environment. The role combines talent development, leadership responsibilities, while helping strengthen employer visibility, hiring processes, and workforce planning.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for field-based and high-volume roles while supporting hiring needs across multiple operational functions.
  • Manage and coach recruiters to improve performance, strengthen hiring practices, and maintain a high standard of candidate experience.
  • Refine existing talent acquisition workflows and help develop more effective recruitment processes from sourcing through onboarding readiness.
  • Monitor hiring data such as time-to-fill, cost efficiency, and other recruitment indicators to guide decisions and improve results.
  • Expand candidate pipelines through job boards, social platforms, networking channels, and targeted search techniques.
  • Partner with internal leaders to anticipate staffing needs, align recruiting plans, and support long-term workforce forecasting.
  • Contribute to the rollout and adoption of recruitment technology, including applicant tracking tools such as Workday, and support related change initiatives.
  • Evaluate advertising strategies, strengthen employer brand reach, and increase market visibility to attract candidates with relevant experience.
  • Ensure pre-employment screening and verification steps are completed accurately and in full compliance with company and regulatory standards.
