$40,000- $60,000 annually; commensurate with experience Onsite Position; Monday through Friday 8:30am EST to 5:30pm

Overview Account Managers at AllShifts are responsible for owning and growing a full book of business. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, operational excellence, and the ability to consistently solve staffing challenges for healthcare clients. Account Managers are measured on client retention, shift fulfillment, responsiveness, and revenue growth. Role & Responsibilities Fully manage a portfolio of healthcare facility accounts Serve as the primary point of contact for client staffing needs Build strong, trust-based relationships with facility decision-makers Coordinate with Recruiting & Credentialing teams to ensure a reliable staff pipeline Optimize shift coverage and staffing performance in assigned territory Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs related to service and growth Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts Qualifications 1-5 years Healthcare staffing experience Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver results Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally Comfortable in a performance-driven, fast-paced environment Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, 401K Matching, Paid Time Off Benefits:
