This is a strategic leadership role focused on performance coaching, business expansion, and operational excellence. You will partner directly with the Team Leader to strengthen the middle of the roster, elevate satellite performance, and build systems that fuel long-term, measurable growth.
What We Offer:
OTE:
$100,000+ based on performance Monthly and quarterly bonuses High-impact leadership role Collaborative, growth-focused environment
Compensation:
$100,000+ OTE- based on performance
Responsibilities:
Coach mid-level agents to increase production and retention Lead growth and profitability across three satellite offices Execute strategic onboarding for experienced agents Drive recruiting, talent identification, and career visioning Own growth events and performance initiatives Track metrics, retention, production, and profitability
Qualifications:
