Job Description

Talent Acquisition Manager | Dayton, OH (On-Site) Join an industry-leading manufacturing facility to drive high-volume talent acquisition and build high-performing production and technical teams.
The Role:
As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead our on-site recruitment team, partner with executive leadership, and execute data-driven hiring strategies to support 100+ open roles across all shifts.
Key Responsibilities Team Leadership:
Direct, mentor, and elevate the on-site recruitment teams performance.
Strategic Sourcing:
Build robust talent pipelines using recruitment tech (ATS), community partnerships, trade schools, and vendor relationships to lower cost-per-hire and time-to-fill.
Stakeholder Alignment:
Partner with Plant Managers and Production Supervisors to forecast headcount, refine workforce metrics, and streamline requisitions.
Operations & Compliance:
Standardize interview frameworks, oversee recruitment compliance, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from outreach through onboarding. What You Bring 5+ years of full-lifecycle talent acquisition experience ( 2+ years in a supervisory/management role). Proven success in managing high-volume hiring within a manufacturing, industrial, or fast-paced technical environment . Deep expertise in ATS optimization, multi-channel sourcing, and recruitment analytics. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Bonus Points Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field. SHRM-CP, PHR, or TA certification.
Position Details:
