What You'll Do Lead full-cycle legal recruiting across legal and professional services Collaborate with the team to fill jobs and maintain a robust book of business Build and manage your own client and candidate relationships Drive business development and grow your individual desk Execute strategic searches within legal and professional services markets Maintain a high standard of discretion and confidentiality in all searches Collaborate with a high-performing, entrepreneurial recruiting team What Makes This Role Different Keep your own fees
