Actively Hiring Overview Our client, a national staffing and workforce solutions firm, is seeking an experienced MSP Program Manager to lead and deliver a high-profile, enterprise-level client engagement in New York City. This individual will be on-site and act as the face of the MSP program , owning delivery, client relationships, and overall program success for a complex, high-value account. This is a critical role supporting a major new engagement and requires someone who has direct experience running MSP programs within staffing/workforce solutions . Key Responsibilities Serve as the onsite leader and primary point of contact for the MSP program Own delivery and execution for a large, enterprise-level staffing program Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders Manage program performance across supplier management, compliance, and spend visibility Partner with internal teams and staffing suppliers to ensure seamless delivery Drive process improvement, efficiency, and program optimization Identify risks, resolve issues, and proactively manage complex challenges Support the successful launch and scaling of a new enterprise account Requirements Core Experience (Must-Have) Proven experience running an MSP program within a staffing or workforce solutions environment Experience managing enterprise-level client accounts with high complexity Strong understanding of MSP/VMS models, supplier ecosystems, and contingent workforce programs Ability to step into a role and deliver with minimal ramp-up or training Skills & Competencies Strong client-facing presence and executive communication skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a complex environment Highly organized with strong operational and problem-solving skills Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments Strong sense of ownership and accountability Work Environment Hybrid role with 3 days per week onsite in New York City High visibility role supporting a major enterprise client engagement Opportunity to grow with a national staffing organization Why This Role Lead and own delivery for a flagship enterprise MSP program High-impact role with direct client visibility Opportunity to help build and scale a major new account
