Get involved in an impactful project benefitting the health of 10,000s of Rural Montanans! Applichat Labs is a healthcare recruitment and marketing company. We are preparing for a Physician Recruitment contract running through September 2028, and we are hiring one person in Montana to keep it moving. This is a delivery job. Three subcontractors owe us work on fixed dates. Rural facilities across the state need help recruiting, and most of them have no one in-house who does it. Hiring events need someone to build them and run them. You would own all three, in addition to interfacing with the client and managing our reporting function. What you would do Subcontractor delivery. We work with a brand agency, a Montana marketing and video firm, and a tribal communications consultancy. Each has a defined scope and a schedule. You track what is due, chase what is late, review what arrives, and tell us early when a date is at risk. Employer technical assistance. Rural clinics and hospitals get practical help from us: a resource hub, training modules, templates, and a support line they can actually reach. You run the intake calls with facilities, learn what each one cannot fill, and coach administrators through writing a role description, running a candidate conversation, structuring a site visit, and presenting a compensation package. Some of these sites have two administrators and no marketing staff. Patience matters more than polish. Hiring events. Our main format brings several regional employers together with pre-screened candidates on one day, so a candidate can leave holding more than one contingent offer. You confirm live vacancies with each facility ahead of time, build the schedule, run the day, and manage the follow-up. A smaller number of in-person site visits and professional gatherings sit alongside it. Other client relationship roles as required, interfacing directly with the customer. What We're Looking For Five years in project delivery, program coordination, provider relations, or workforce development. Direct experience holding outside vendors or partners to a schedule. You live in Montana and will infrequently travel to in-person meetings. Clear, quick writing. Much of this job is a short note someone senior reads in 30 seconds. Experience with Critical Access Hospitals, Rural Health Clinics, FQHCs, or tribal health facilities is a strong advantage. So is knowing how a state agency actually operates. Experience of using Claude or ChatGPT in your work thoughtfully is preferred.
