Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Owning the firm's recruiting strategy across all levels, while personally leading the most critical and senior-level searches. Develop and execute strategies for intern, campus, and early-career recruiting programs to build a sustainable pipeline of future consulting talent Partner closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to define hiring strategies, talent profiles, and competitive positioning Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive executive talent Serve as the primary owner of executive search processes, ensuring a high-touch and consultative candidate experience Build and maintain high-quality pipelines for leadership and niche skill roles Provide guidance and oversight to HR team members supporting recruiting efforts; delegate tasks as appropriate Develop and refine recruitment processes, tools, and best practices to improve efficiency and candidate quality Analyze talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activity to inform hiring decisions Represent the organization at industry events, networking functions, and talent forums to enhance employer brand Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and internal policies
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience 6-10 years of progressive recruiting experience, including executive search Demonstrated success leading complex or senior-level hiring initiatives
Pay:
$90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
