Inclusive Excellence Statement Advertised Job Summary The Darla Moore School of Business invites applications for a full-time Graduate Recruiting and Admissions Manager. The Graduate Recruiting and Admissions Manager is responsible for outreach, recruitment, admissions and enrollment of students. This position will support admissions operations, which may include coordinating the processing of program inquiries and phone calls, management of new applicant files and attachments, processing and management of all necessary and required admissions material/data. Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions) Preferred Qualifications Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
  • Working knowledge of enterprise systems, university specific or corporate CRM's, and various Microsoft Office suite software (Word, Outlook, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher).
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals, and ability to balance priorities.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written) and public presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with prospective students, parents, and guidance counselors.
