Position Summary The Recruiting Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing Comfort Keepers' recruiting efforts to ensure the organization attracts, engages, and hires qualified caregiver candidates to support business and operational needs. This role provides direct leadership to the recruiting team while overseeing recruiting strategy, performance analytics, job posting management, recruiting events, compliance, and continuous improvement of hiring practices. The Recruiting Manager will use data, market insights, and emerging recruiting trends to improve candidate flow, recruiter effectiveness, hiring outcomes, and the overall candidate experience. This individual will partner closely with operational leaders and Owners to ensure recruiting strategies align with current and anticipated staffing needs. Key Responsibilities Recruiting Team Leadership Lead, coach, develop, and manage the recruiting team to achieve established hiring and performance goals. Establish clear recruiter expectations, goals, productivity standards, and performance metrics. Conduct regular individual and team performance reviews using recruiting data and hiring outcomes. Provide ongoing coaching on candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, follow-up, candidate engagement, and closing techniques. Identify recruiter training and development opportunities and implement strategies to strengthen team capabilities. Promote accountability, collaboration, urgency, and a strong candidate-focused culture. Recruiting Strategy Develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with organizational hiring goals and workforce needs. Partner with operational leaders to understand staffing requirements, hiring priorities, anticipated vacancies, and market challenges. Develop sourcing strategies designed to increase qualified applicant flow and reach targeted candidate populations. Evaluate recruiting channels and tactics to determine effectiveness and return on investment. Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, reduce time-to-fill, increase conversion rates, and improve candidate quality. Develop proactive strategies to address difficult-to-fill positions and competitive labor markets. Continuously evaluate and test new recruiting approaches, technologies, sourcing channels, and candidate engagement tactics. Recruiting Analytics & Performance ManagementRecruiting & Hiring Support Establish, monitor, and report on key recruiting metrics and KPIs. Analyze recruiting funnel performance, including applicant volume, candidate quality, recruiter activity, interview rates, hiring rates, conversion rates, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and other relevant Qualifications Knowledge of recruiting and employment-related compliance requirements. Experience managing job advertisements and recruitment marketing campaigns preferred. Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing staffing needs. Comfortable representing the organization at recruiting and community events. Proficiency with reporting, spreadsheets, dashboards, and other tools used to analyze recruiting performance. Assist Recruiters with candidate screening, interviewing, offer preparation, and hiring coordination. Conduct candidate interviews and screening calls while ensuring applicants meet company and position requirements. Assist with extending offers, communicating next steps, and coordinating pre-employment requirements. Provide recruiting and interview support to larger offices as a backup resource during high-volume periods or Recruiter absences. Serve as an integral recruiting team member for smaller offices, supporting sourcing, interviewing, selection, and hiring needs. Maintain consistent candidate communication and a positive, professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Partner with Recruiters and office leadership to prioritize staffing needs and move qualified candidates efficiently through the hiring process. Maintain accurate candidate records and support recruiting events, job fairs, referrals, and other hiring initiatives. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered. Previous recruiting experience required, preferably in a high-volume recruiting environment. Previous experience leading, coaching, or managing recruiters are strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies. Experience using applicant tracking systems, job boards, recruiting platforms, and sourcing tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruiting data and translate findings into actionable strategies. Working Environment Approximately 30% field-based and 70% office, including travel amongst our offices in Upstate SC & Western NC, travel to events, onboarding, training, reporting, and Internal and External recruiting efforts.
