ALL STAR

Staffing specializing in bartenders, front of house servers catering and banquet professionals and sampling. We also run Chef On The Fly which is travelling culinary support and executive chef head hunting. Our main brand is Rapid Response staffing which provides hospitality support, foodservice workers and university staffing. Duties Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to meet organizational hiring needs. Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including HR sourcing, interviewing, and employee orientation Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to ensure competitive positioning. Foster strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies. Handle employee relations matters related to the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement in hiring practices. Qualifications Proven experience in HR sourcing, research, and relationship management within a corporate environment. Familiarity with recruiting software such as iCIMS, Kronos, and UltiPro is highly desirable. Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidates effectively. Experience in employee orientation processes to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates at all levels. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
