Other miscellaneous duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Must be able to maintain training materials and training database in a professional and user friendly manner. Possess strong ability to multitask in a fast paced environment and excellent interpersonal communication skills. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e-mail, word, excel, etc…) desired. High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree or minimum (2) years experience in airline industry desireable. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Training Administrator will provide administrative support for the organization's training programs, including coordination of training activities, maintenance of employee training records, updating training documentation, and supporting compliance requirements. The position will assist with improving training processes, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring employees have current training materials and resources.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
