Job Description

POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Training Administrator will provide administrative support for the organization's training programs, including coordination of training activities, maintenance of employee training records, updating training documentation, and supporting compliance requirements. The position will assist with improving training processes, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring employees have current training materials and resources.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following (other duties may be assigned): 1. Coordinate and schedule instructor-led, virtual, and computer-based training sessions, including room reservations, materials, and participant communications.

Maintain and update training & development calendar to include training schedule and trainer scheduling. 2. Maintain and update employee training records and databases. 3. Track training progress and follow up to ensure completion of training in a timely productive manner. 4. Assist team to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs. 5. Review, update, and maintain training forms, materials, and documentation to ensure they are current and aligned with company requirements. 6. Provide administrative support for the Training & Development department. 7. Generate routine reports on training participation, completion rates, and compliance for management. 8. Other miscellaneous duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Must be able to maintain training materials and training database in a professional and user friendly manner. Possess strong ability to multitask in a fast paced environment and excellent interpersonal communication skills. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e-mail, word, excel, etc…) desired. High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree or minimum (2) years experience in airline industry desireable. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation:
This position has a starting range of $23 - $26 per hour.
