BDC Manager - National / Large Dealer Group - Near Arlington Hts, IL A dynamic, long-standing, and rapidly growing retail automotive group based in the Chicagoland metro area is expanding and has an immediate opening for an experienced Business Development Center (BDC) Manager at one of our highline locations. We have a different approach to conducting business within our organization and we need top talent to maintain our customer centered approach. We hire assertive, forward-thinkers who see the big picture of our business and look to grow within our organization.
The perfect candidate will be performance driven, motivated and passionate about providing the best customer experience in the industry! We offer competitive compensation, as well as a comprehensive benefit plan -- including medical, dental and 401K. We also offer endless opportunities for advancement. Responsibilities for a BDC Manager will include, but are not limited to the following: Identify and perform outbound calls to identified lead opportunities Schedule and record appointments in the CRM Utilize provided Dealership call scripts for contacting prospects and handling customer concerns. Average 50% of appointments to show. Complete an average of 60 outbound phone calls per day. Study 60 minutes on product knowledge per week. Manage and develop BDC Representatives Skills to be successful as a BDC Manager include the following; Previous experience in customer service environment. Computer skills to include Internet, MS Windows & Office, Customer Relationship Management software. Excellent telephone skills; ability to gain rapport over the phone Ability to work a flexible schedule. High energy, self-motivation, and enthusiasm for success.
