In this role, you will design curricula, e-learning, and workshops that advance person-centered care and ensure regulatory compliance. You'll assess learning needs, facilitate engaging sessions, and measure program impact. Partnering with clinical, HR, and operations leaders, you'll support onboarding and ongoing development, helping employees grow and innovate in an inclusive, mission-driven environment focused on improving lives. Responsibilities Design and implement training programs for direct care and clinical staff aligned with Sevita's person-centered model. Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual training sessions for employees at all levels. Assess training needs using performance data, feedback, and regulatory requirements. Develop curricula, training materials, and e-learning content tailored to healthcare and social assistance settings. Ensure training content meets healthcare, safety, and regulatory compliance standards. Track participation, measure training effectiveness, and report outcomes to leadership. Coach and support managers in reinforcing learning on the job. Collaborate with clinical, HR, and operations leaders to align training with organizational goals. Continuously update programs based on best practices and changes in regulations. Support onboarding and ongoing professional development initiatives across the organization.
