Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in relevant field and/or combination of education and experience including: o Minimum three years' experience as a trainer/facilitator/teacher required o Minimum three years' experience leading a training department required
- Minimum of three years' experience with learning content development tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 360, or Rise, Storyline, Canva, Visio, etc.).
- Minimum of three years' experience administering a learning management system.
- Proficient in learning theories and instructional design models, and the ability to apply them in content design and development.
- Demonstrated history of developing and executing training and leadership programs
- Successfully achieve certification as CCUFC, and Master Trainer of MainFocus Sales and Service within 9 months of hire (on the job certification provided).
- Thorough knowledge of banking procedures and regulations as applied to credit unions.
- Effective communication, facilitation and consultation skills and ability to positively influence others.
- Success in coaching, mentoring, and helping others succeed.
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficient to advanced computer skills: Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point and ability to quickly learn additional computer software systems such as Meridian Link, Symitar or other credit union specific platforms.
