Shift:

Days/Weekends/On Call/Variable SBM's Manager-in-Training (MIT) is a rigorous 9-week program built to develop emerging leaders through on-the-job training and structured professional development.

What You'll Gain:

Structured virtual learning and in-person mentorship to accelerate leadership growth On-site operations training across SBM's core business operations Direct mentorship with site leadership, safety, and client operations

Core Skills Developed:

Team development and performance management Client engagement and relationship management Safety program management Graduates leave with a strong operational foundation, enhanced leadership abilities, and the confidence to drive performance across SBM sites. Qualifications Candidates must be able to relocate for the role. Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus Bachelor's Degree preferred
