This energetic position requires a passionate professional dedicated to fostering adult learning, enhancing talent management strategies, and leveraging innovative learning technologies. You will be instrumental in shaping organizational growth through effective program management, instructional content development, and strategic training initiatives that align with our mission to cultivate a skilled and engaged human capital. Duties Develop and design engaging training programs tailored to adult learners, utilizing instructional design principles such as the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate) model to ensure effective learning outcomes. Create compelling e-learning courses and instructional content using platforms like Adobe Captivate and LMS (Learning Management System) tools to facilitate accessible online training experiences. Lead curriculum development efforts for professional development initiatives, incorporating adult education theories and best practices in corporate training. Manage the entire lifecycle of training programs, including planning, scheduling, delivery, and evaluation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and talent management strategies. Facilitate engaging classroom sessions, virtual workshops, and employee orientation programs that foster active participation and knowledge retention. Conduct needs assessments through data collection and research to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions. Collaborate with HR teams on performance management processes, succession planning, change management initiatives, and employee relations to support continuous improvement. Qualifications Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and program management within a corporate or human resources environment. Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, learning theories instruction, and training program design for professional development. Proficiency with learning technology platforms such as LMS (Learning Management System), Enterprise Learning Management systems, SharePoint, Workday, HRIS (Human Resources Information System), and e-learning platforms like Adobe Captivate. Demonstrated expertise in developing employee training programs in a human resources role with a focus on talent management and employee evaluation. Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling public speaking engagements and facilitate engaging training sessions. Skilled in project management methodologies to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining quality standards. Familiarity with content development tools including technical writing skills for instructional materials. Ability to lead teams effectively while managing conflict resolution and fostering a collaborative environment. Strong organizational skills with experience in data collection, research analysis, and HR sourcing processes.
