Job Description

HR & Training Specialist This position also serves as an HR Generalist, providing support across a variety of HR functions as needed.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the Learning Management System (LMS) administration, including course creation, updates, user registration, and reporting. Maintain accurate training records and generate reports to measure learning effectiveness and knowledge transfer. Facilitate classroom, virtual, and train-the-trainer sessions. Coordinate and deliver new hire onboarding training in partnership with hiring managers. Manage end-to-end training logistics, including scheduling, materials, travel, facilities, rooms, calendar invitations, and communications. Ensure timely distribution of training materials related to product updates, system enhancements, and policy changes. Maintain version control of training materials and ensure real-time updates across programs. Collaborate with HR and department leaders to assess organizational training needs and develop comprehensive training plans. Design and deliver learning programs across multiple modalities, including instructor-led classroom settings, fully virtual, and blended learning. Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create technical & product training, as well as safety training in a manufacturing environment. Develop training schedules, agendas, assessments, and materials for all active job functions. Support leaders in identifying skill gaps and implementing targeted development plans. Provide coaching and guidance to support employee development and engagement. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development, Education, Human Resources, or related field preferred 5+ years of experience in instructional design, training, or learning & development Experience administering a Learning Management System Strong instructional design and training facilitation experience Experience developing training programs and evaluating effectiveness Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and training tools (e.g., Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe) Human Resources Generalist experience.
